The Baronio Wheel

Effect: The magician explains that he and the spectator are going to take an imaginary trip to a casino. There they will play a game of roulette. The magician introduces the props for the game. A toy roulette wheel, the roulette game layout and an envelope with the magicians prediction. The performer explains he had a premanition of what is about to happen at the casino. He explains that in the envelope is his prediction of what is about to happen.
The performer explains (using the roulette layout), that you can usually bet on single numbers, groups of numbers, odd or even numbers, colors, etc. For our demonstration lets first pick a color to go with. To do this, the magician has the spectator cut a deck of cards to determine if the color will be black or red. The spectator cuts to a black card.

The performer than explains that he will spin the roulette wheel, the spectator will drop the ball onto the rotating wheel. The first black number that the ball lands on will be the winning number. If the ball lands on a red number or the green 0 number, we spin again. When the ball lands on the black number, the magician opens his prediction, and to the spectators suprise, the predicted number matches that of on the roulette wheel.

Arise

Effect: Magician displays a packet of 12 cards counting them one at a time onto a table. He then picks up the packet and asks a spectator to select
one of the cards. After the chosen card is noted, it is then placed back into the pack. The magician then "invisibly" removes one card
and places it onto the table.
He then recounts the packet of cards face up proving now that there are only 11 card and that the spectator's card is missing. He then squares up the cards and asks the spectator to replace the invisible card back into the pack. Upon doing so, the magician, holding the packet, waves his hand over the cards and to the astonishment of the spectator, his or her card is seen rising from the packet. The cards are now recounted to show that we are back with our original number of 12 cards!

This packet trick requires no slight of hand and is very easy to do.

After showing all of the picture cards, the performer then turns the packet over and lay's three cards face down (these three cards represent the three windows of the slot machine!) and proceeds to tell of his/her first encounter with the one armed bandits.

After demonstrating (with the use of the packet of cards in his hand) how he lost the first 2 time, he placed his last coin in the slot, pulled the handle, and three matching pictures came up...he WON! And to prove it, he now turns the 3 tabled cards over revealing the he won "CASH".
